Which kind of services do you offer?
As a Cultural Association of Licensed Local Guides of Verona, our job is arranging guided tours of this city, its province and the neighbouring towns. Concerning all of this, we’re happy to offer a logistic and organizing support to all those small and big groups who mean to visit and to know our town and our land, under every aspect.
 
Which is the way for reserving a guided tour?
First of all you should get in touch with us per telephone or per mail in order to explain us your needs and verify the availability of a guide. In a very short time you’ll receive a mail with the details of the visit tour tailored on you; at that point you should send us a written (fax or mail) confirmation once you approved our proposal. Only then you’ll receive, within few days, the name and the phone number of the guide who will take care of you the visiting day.
P.S. The guides are assigned only after your written confirmation: the availability that we gave you at the first contact is to be considered indicative. Therefore the shorter time between the first contact and your definitive confirmation, the more possibilities you have to find a guide available.
 
Besides the guided service , are there further fees?
Yes. Extra must be considered the entrance fees of the eventual Museums/monuments/churches, as well as the entrance ticket fees of the Traffic Limited Zone for coaches (school buses are excluded) and the bus parking fee. As it deals with amounts that are often updated, it will be our care to include the updated prices in our tour proposal we’ll send you.
 
In which languages can the tours be made?
We offer articulate services in the following languages: ITALIAN, ENGLISH, GERMAN, FRENCH, SPANISH, PORTUGUESE, BULGARIAN, UCRAINAN, DUTCH, POLISH, NORWEGIAN, DANISH, GREEK, HUNGARIAN, RUSSIAN and JAPANESE.
 
Is it possible to have one tour which is not listed in this website?
Yes. If you’re interested to tours different from the ones we propose, get in touch with us for explaining your ideas: we’ll do the best to tailor the visits upon your needs.
 
We are uncertain about the tour to be chosen: can you help us?
Yes. If you can’t decide, we’re happy to advice you after your wishes.
 
Can we apply to you for the purchase of the entrance tickets of the Opera season?
Yes. If in addition to the reservation of one of our tours, you wish to taste the emotion of the Opera Festival in the Arena di Verona, we are able to take care of the tickets purchase of the Opera Nights on your charge, after receiving your bank credit transfer with the due amount.
 
We don’t know where to have a good lunch, can you help us?
Yes. We have good conventions with a range of restaurants, pizzerias, and wineries that we can contact for reserving lunch, dinners and tastings.
N.B. we are the first clients of the locals we advice. Before listing them amongst our contacts, we have care to taste them personally, in order to offer the best quality to our guests.
 
We have very particular necessities (babies, handicaps, food allergies, etc.), can you help us?
Yes. Thanks to our best guides’ experience, operating in this field since many years, we can advice you the most suitable tours for any kind of need, as well as the restaurants which are most proper for any food requirements.
